Coverage
Review
A coverage review is a process
in which we go through all of your
existing policies with you.
We ask questions that help with
making sure we have you adequately
insured or if you find that we should
lower or remove coverage from your
policy.
We then go through other types
of policies that we offer and that you
may have a need for. Some people
don’t know that we offer SR-22
insurance.
Others don’t know that we
offer insurance for such risks as
motor home, boat, bonds, or condo
coverage.
During a coverage review, we
also go through all of the possible
discounts that you are eligible to
receive.
If you aren’t getting one of
these discounts, we can add it.
In essence, a coverage review is
simply a process that your insurance
agent uses to make sure that your
policies cover everything that you
need it to and that we are offering
you the best rate possible
Household
Inventory
Do
you really know what you have and how
well you could inventory your
belongings if a claim representative
needed this?
Many people don’t have an
inventory of their contents or
household items.
Go to www.knowyourstuff.org.
Download the free Home
Inventory program.
It is always a good idea to
give a copy of household inventories
to your agent as we can get this to
your claim representative if there is
a claim on your home.
Flood
Insurance
“Do I need flood
insurance?”
Everyone lives in a flood zone.
You don’t have to live near
water for your property to be flooded.
More than 25% of all flooding
occurs in lower-risk flood zone areas.
Homeowner insurance excludes
flooding.
